Here you will have the opportunity to influence work methods, develop effective processes, and drive innovation in a world-leading operation.

We want to lead the transition of our industry towards a sustainable future. Just as we want to change the world, we want to develop everyone who is with us on the journey, both personally and professionally. Do you want to help shape the future of the world's mining and mineral industry?

Together, you will ensure that our high standards for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety are met.

The role involves both a holistic perspective on the operations and a focus on the specific facilities for the production of fines and pellets. You will be involved in developing safe working methods, routines, and structures – and creating systematic and effective working methods.

Examples of Tasks:

  • Collaborate with the production organization, contractors, and other functions to drive systematic KMA work.

  • Contribute to a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Be part of the management team for above-ground process plants.

With us, you will have the opportunity to develop within KMA and become a driving force in an operation characterized by innovation, complexity, and collaboration across borders.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating safe working environments and sustainable working methods. As a KMA Coordinator, you will be an important part of our team, where you can use your experience to drive KMA issues forward.

You have a natural ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and are used to working in a structured manner, focusing on both details and the big picture.
